Architectural UHPC / Design inquiry

Custom UHPC elements

Manufacturer: To be confirmed

Production location: Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China

Prepare a brief for project-specific architectural concrete forms. Geometry, molds, handling, connections and the manufacturing source require a coordinated feasibility review.

This is a material inquiry category. Product capabilities, samples and supply availability require confirmation for the actual proposed source.

01 / Architectural intent

Define the design.
Build the brief.

A custom element starts with the architectural role of the piece and the interfaces around it. Provide enough geometry to explain the intent while identifying the dimensions that are still open to development. Feasibility and supply scope are confirmed before tooling is authorized.

01

Share the geometry and interfaces

Provide original drawings or a model with the visible faces, adjoining construction and required connection zones identified. Clarify whether the element is intended only as cladding or has another project role requiring separate engineering review.

02

Identify repetition and tooling

List the unique shapes and expected quantities, including mirrored pieces and variations. Ask the proposed supplier to explain the tooling scope, revision process and feasibility constraints before agreeing a development schedule.

03

Plan the review and handling

Define what a prototype or mock-up must demonstrate: appearance, geometry, joint alignment or connection access. Include lifting, transport and installation constraints in the brief so these can be reviewed alongside the final element design.

02 / Before specification

Confirm the source.
Review the evidence.

Verified product data and test reports are not yet published for this category. Request documents identifying the actual proposed manufacturer, product and assembly before a specification or purchasing decision.

Project confirmation checklist

  • Manufacturer, intended element role and design responsibilities.
  • Accepted geometry, manufacturing feasibility and tooling ownership.
  • Project-engineered connection, handling and installation provisions.
  • Approved prototype, product evidence and commercial development scope.
Request a technical review

Cladvera coordinates sourcing and project inquiries as a supplier. Product identity, origin documents, sample scope, price and lead time are confirmed in the project proposal.

Continue your material review

See the Architectural UHPC collection for material context and information to confirm.

Review material terminology and specification inputs in the ACM, HPL, UHPC and GFRP selection guide.

The following products share a listed application. Compare their construction, design intent and evidence before considering them for the same project.

Shared application tags do not establish equivalent performance or an approved substitution.

Coordinate the attachment system

Define rails, clips, anchors and fasteners for the proposed panel. Component compatibility, capacities and the final attachment schedule require project-specific engineering and product evidence.
